Netflix Games on iOS Witness Varied Performance in Q2 2024

Netflix's gaming venture continues to make waves on the iOS platform, and Sensor Tower's latest data from the second quarter of 2024 sheds light on how top titles are faring. Here's a glimpse into the performance of Netflix's leading games during this period.

GTA: Vice City – NETFLIX saw a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at $97K in late April before dipping to $10K in early June and recovering to $57K by the end of June. Downloads followed a similar pattern, with a notable spike to 303K in late May. Weekly active users ranged from 5.9K to 7.4K, with a peak in the final week of May.

For Cats & Soup, revenue fluctuated between $24K and $92K, ending the quarter on a high note. Downloads had a massive jump to 180K in late May, while active users saw a rise from 1.1K to 1.7K in the same month, followed by a drop and a rebound to 1.3K.

GTA: San Andreas – NETFLIX showed more consistency in revenue, with a mid-quarter dip to $8K but otherwise staying above $55K. Download numbers were strong, with over 1M in mid-June. Active users stayed above 16K for most of the quarter, reaching nearly 21K in mid-June.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge experienced a period with no revenue, but ended June with $61K. Downloads remained low, with the highest at 29K in late May. Active users showed modest growth, from 150 to 180 in May, and ended the quarter at 158.

Exploding Kittens® had minimal revenue, staying below $22K throughout the quarter, and no new downloads were recorded. Active user data was not available.
